I'm not a food connoisseur, expert chef, or professionally trained. I'm just a normal mom who loves baking yummy eggless cakes & desserts.
It all begin when i started baking monthly birthday cakes for my son. Gradually, i experimented with various baking ingredients (except eggs) to include in my cooking style.
Though I would love to spend the whole day in the kitchen, but being a busy mom i make sure I bake at-least one new dessert on my kids monthly birthdays. This motivation keeps me going.
Professionally, I am a software engineer working in Silicon Valley.
